Traditional masonry and insulated wall with feature Dura cladding WPC, concrete floor slab and mono pitch roof with standing composite sheet construct complete with high performance windows and door(s).
Internally appointed with contract grade carpet, generally plastered walls and ceilings finished in emulsion paint with all woodwork in lacquered walnut.
A quality kitchen by Howdens Joinery comes complete with sink top and mixer tap, an instant hotwater heater, a dishwasher, a fridge, an extractor fan and cupboard space with work surface. An area of Karndean floor provides a small apron to finish.
Washroom with basin and WC, high performance hand drier, and broom cupboard. Full tiling to walls with the floor finished in a Karndean vinyl to the Eco 45, and fully-tiled to the Eco 90.
